Griggs Homes undertook the redevelopment of the historic Hanstead House and its formal gardens with the aim of preserving its historical significance and integrity. The project focused on restoring as many historic features of the property and its surroundings while creating eight luxurious apartments. The marketing objective was to emphasise the significance and integrity of Hanstead House and its beautifully refurbished formal gardens.

To effectively capture the essence of Hanstead House's new narrative, the concept of ‘beauty unearthed’ was introduced. This powerful phrase perfectly aligns with the marketing objective, emphasising the significance of the newly established formal gardens and the timeless beauty of the house and its surroundings. Furthermore, it serves as a compelling tool to showcase the exquisite beauty of the product and to honour the legacy of this magnificent building.
