VISION_
Oleeo is a talent acquisition platform designed to help organisations attract, engage, and hire top talent. It provides solutions for recruitment marketing, candidate relationship management, and applicant tracking. The objective was to create a campaign aimed at C-suite which introduced to market, the AI driven Intelligent Selection [IS] software as a new and different solution for selecting candidates.

RESPONSE_
Oleeo aimed to enhance HR team capabilities by attracting more applicants for quality and quantity. However, this required robust systems. Their IS efficiently navigated candidate volumes. With a mission to assist recruiters in overcoming these challenges, we highlighted Oleeo’s IS capabilities and the unseen hurdles in recruitment, birthing the 'See the Unseen' campaign. Central to this visual system were scrambled graphics with a concealed message, revealed only through 3D glasses. Tailored for C-suite, a video and bespoke 3D glasses engaged and prompted action.
